Khorasan Wheat

Khorasan wheat is another ancient grain finding its roots in the ancient middle-east. Also known by its trademarked name Kamut, Khorasan has been known for its nutty and buttery flavor as well as its anti-inflammatory qualities which make the wheat more easily digestible than other modern cultivars of wheat. 

The Khorasan that we are currently offering was sourced from another farm. It is chemical free and regeneratively grown. We used some of this grain as seed for the 2026 growing season. Please check back this fall, or sign up for our newsletter to know when locally grown Khorasan is available!
